Cancellation Policy

Golf Instruction Booking Policy 1. Payment and Refund Policy: All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation. Once a session is booked, it is non-refundable. Clients may reschedule sessions with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session will not be accommodated. 2. Liability Waiver: By participating in golf instruction, clients acknowledge that they are aware of the inherent risks associated with the sport. The instructor is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during lessons. 3. Medical Disclaimer: Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in golf instruction. The instructor is not responsible for any injuries resulting from pre-existing medical conditions or fitness levels. Clients should consult with a medical professional before participating if they have any health concerns. 4. Code of Conduct: Clients are expected to adhere to appropriate behavior during sessions. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund. 5. Weather Policy: In the event of inclement weather, the instructor reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions. Clients will be notified as soon as possible, and they will have the option to reschedule or receive a credit for a future session. 6. Privacy Policy: Client information will be kept confidential and will only be used for booking purposes and communication regarding lessons. 7. Media/Photo Consent: By participating in golf instruction, clients grant permission for the instructor to take photographs and/or videos during sessions. These may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing materials. If clients prefer not to be photographed or filmed, they must notify the instructor prior to the session.
